How to Decide If You Need a Personal Trainer
When I am talking to prospective new clients, I always get the same question when they a determining if they need a package, “How many sessions should I sign up for?” My answer always varies on the person because we all have different motivation for exercising. My general recommendation is to ask yourself how realistic you see yourself working out 3 times per week. The vast majority set a goal of working with me for 2 sessions a week for a month or two and then working out on their own once a week. However, that is not for everyone. We all work, take care of families, and have life that gets in the way. For people with high motivation and a variable schedule, a guided program is the way to go.
My goal with my business model is reaching a large number of people that are ready to make a change, but need some guidance and advice. Like everyone, I am limited by my schedule; I can only fit so many people into a day and week. Preparing guided programs and quick informative webcam sessions, I can help more people.
